check out canyon creek just north of columbia falls - ya can ride up to the back side of big mountain ski area from there...hit the summit house for food / beverages...always fun for the ladies...+ they reported 8 " fresh snow up top...also groomed trails...goood luck!:twocents:

Well from montana actually,,, i live in n/w montana- been riding for 8 years...love big open country - like revy , cooke city , wassatch range in utah...most of our local riding is a blended mix of boondocking / kliming though...you learn to be a good...
