Ted did tell me he used different primary weights but said my Daltons would work fine. So is your sled stock other than Y and can? Thanks for the reply.
What Ted recommended was a primary + secondary spring and helix change. Linderman recommended a 44/40 helix and different intake. Ted did not state what helix angles he prefers. Both said using the Dalton adjustables in the primary was fine.
Good day. I was previously running an SLP Y pipe, stock pipe, MBRP can, Timbersled intake, and Linderman head mod. I installed the Koso egt gauges and found my updated 08 M1000 ran great without a box at all elevations. As soon as i installed the SLP pipe i found i needed a box for the lower...
Is your sled stock? I am running a bunch of venting, Timbersled intake, full SLP exhaust, Linderman head mod for premium fuel, Powercommander V, stock primary clutch with Dalton adjustables and stock secondary clutch with 046 belt. Would sure like to hear from someone running the Terre Alps...
Talked to Ted on the phone a few days ago and he said i could stick with my existing Dalton adjustable weights and recommended a spring and helix change. Real good guy to talk to on the phone. Would sure like to hear from someone using the setup he has on his website. Looks like he builds some...
Good day. Thinking about trying the Terra alps clutch setup on my M1000. Anybody have any experience with the Terra Alps setup and how did you like it. Thanks.
I have noticed that there are a lot of opinions (some good and some bad) on the rktek clutch setup. My sled was working well with the stock secondary and some extra weight in the primary (83 grams) until i added the SLP pipe and powercommander 5. I talked to Brent Linderman about my setup and...
Good day. Anybody have a 44-40 helix for sale that will work on an 08 m1000 secondary? Would even consider a complete secondary if the price is right. Thanks.
This is a very old post of mine. Tried everything until the secondary blew up. Ended up being a clutch problem if you can believe it. Thanks for the reply.
Hey Welder, how has it been going? Do you know which MBRP part # you need? Pretty sure i have one since i bought a brand new MBRP can for my 06 M7 (never used) and also have the MBRP can off of my 08 M1000 for sale also.
Easiest way to increase power + exhaust noise will be a drum of nitromethane (same stuff John Force uses) mixed with your premium fuel. Huge power gain and complete exhaust system will melt off of sled which in turn makes sled louder and lightens weight of sled. Works every time on any machine...
A resistor cannot hurt but as i stated before, i did a headlight delete without a resistor with no problems. I do run egts and leave my hand warmers on low just to be safe.

Hope this has not been posted before: A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:

We use a lot of battery operated amber strobes - flashers in our industry. Magnets hold them on and they are super bright. I agree it is not cheap to use pilot cars but again it depends on where you are traveling. For example we have a lot of farm implements that seem to meet oncoming traffic...
