On the turbo idea, I had the turbo on the stock 500 and it did make more power but this year did a 610 bigbore and a new ecu with the rev limiter adjustment and !!! Big gain with just the BB.
Do a bigbore first along with the ECU and a YETI 129 kit. For Engine mods talk to Corrie at Brewster...

Depends how big the rider is, which track kit you are using an where you are expecting to ride. 350 at elevation will be a long day. 450 isn't bad but depends on what kind of terrain you are looking to ride in. A few n the group are on 450's and will eventually get to where he turbo bikes are...
If you noticed the warning early enough shouldn't be serious damage. Looks like more spitting out than ingestion but need to check the filter. Nice to see how many guys have offered their stories on how they tried to try to fool the dealers.
