Take your carbs apart and flatten the float arms. Snip the excess length off and re-assemble. Should be a substantial difference. Did it to Brew_doo's 670 years ago and cured it!

No montagnes for me this weekend. Rooster passed the flu onto Brooks and he didn't want to ride with DEPENDS so I worked today instead to pay for the monsters repair bill. Don G is talking about a ride on Sat. if it's not -100 still.

I'm on my second set of Klim gear and I also went with the Valdez. (Went to black from dirty yellow) Very comfortable. Whitecourt yamaha also stocks the Klim gear and found they we're comparable to city prices without the tank of fuel to drive in!

I run with the rear cooler removed and the front cooler bypassed. had to bypass the front cooler after it developed a leak the season before last. It's a tough one to remove because it's part of the structural design on the RT. I have heard of some custom shops doing it. I did heat mine up a few...
