time wise, I can see this saving 5-10 mins depending on which way you are going. Gone are the days of going 15-20km/h following a loaded semi. Wont miss it
Nice meeting you guys yesterday! Its very thin up there, if you like riding the trail and putzing around the cabin still fun to go for a burn. But dont expect to be riding until there is 4 more feet of snow.
I think renshaw they dont setup until the groomer fills all the deacts in the trail and they can easily get up. Thats good about kakwa, more than I though. Maybe we'll go to mcbride instead of revy if forecast hold. If your willing to pound through the ditches early season riding in renshaw can...
If youre going up the old trail in November dont take a machine you care about, coming down can be an icy rodeo, especially dont take the short cut trail if its icy lol
Surprised there is snow at the parking lot at bell. Doesnt seem to be much for snow that way except for two small storms. I'd be surprised if there was more than 2' up top. Hoping to ride on the 24th weekend so praying for storms this next week!
I was going to say the same thing. A 10K sled even and $1500 sled deck and 20K truck is fairly reasonable. Even gear if you buy used or non-current there is always deals to be had. This is the only way we were riding 30 days a year in our teens and early twenties while going to school. 4 guys in...
Earlier in the video looked like it was washing out. I would of like to see if he continued across or button hooked down...Hoping to demo one here at somepoint
Even the G4 lynx they came out with first was the same. I rode the banner demo'd right when they got releasef and it felt like a heavy machine, I was on a 2018 162 ascender at the time....
The 9R I have I think will be the last one I have till prices come down. Cant justify the differnt from 850 to 9R. For $1000 in aftermaket upgrades an 850 can keep up
I think riding with Caleb probably changed that perspective as well. Caleb has 4 different sleds, 2 of them are 9R 165 and boost 165. He jumps and whips those sleds around better than most would on a 146 or 155.
Its a reminder to always wear your teather. I had my throttle get stuck last year at the hunters cabin. Only at 6000rpm, I fell off and the sled stopped and only brushed up against two sleds. If I didnt have my teather on maybe a differnt story.
Sorry what I meant was Polaris posted a little while back about 850's on the assembly line and then more recently a yard full of 9R's ready to be shipped. Havent seen them post anything about boosted mountain sleds yet
