Because when the bike and 1000 lb rule was made 35+ years ago it would have been impossible to ride those bikes in the snow covered hills. Same as side-by-sides, they didn’t even exist. The rules need to be updated, weight limit is not enforced in any way. Still lots of trucks and jeeps out...

Nearly every weekend, anywhere between Sundre and McLean creek. I have a MavS XXC and most of the group I ride with are on RS1s, rzrs, or KRXs with just a few other Can-Ams. Aim for 100km per ride if no major problems.
