Thanks guys Now I just have to decide if i should just drain the chain case or or pull the cover. Is there anyway to clean the carbs without taking them off and apart? I think I know the answer to this one.

Just wondering what you all do for pre-season maintenance. There is a list of things in the service manual that they want done every year like chain case oil and fuel filter Etc. I am all about preventative maintenance but some of that stuff might be over doing it every year.

Has a date been set for trail clearing?

I was wondering what kinds of things people pack or take along for trail rides. I see a lot of threads for mountain riding but nothing for trail riding.

The Esso refinery in edmonton does not add ethanol to the fuel.

I talked to the other guy running Colin Bonneau and he said he will push for the corridor and will work to get the bylaw changed to allow for responsible ditch riding in the county. My understanding is that provincial laws apply to provincial roads and not to local roads so they cannot give you...

I do not like his statement about "unsafe ditch riding" The corridor is nice but the bylaw needs to be changed to allow for riding in the ditches like in other counties.

ok i guess it is a track lift. but technically it lifts the sled so it is a sled lift too. :d

It is nothing fancy but it does the job.

If anybody is in the market Costco has Sled lifts on for $36. Seems to be a pretty good lift for the price. The only complaint i have with it so far is it needs some rubber or something where the sled sits on it so it won't slide around but that is easily fixed.

The max i would want to go is 1 1/4 after all it is a touring machine.

How does a person find out what the maximum track lug size is that will fit on a sled? It has a .88 on it now. thanks
