Got a G4 sp and wanna splash some colour on riser, spindles and rails. Anybody suggest a good shop and have a guess on what it would cost a guy. Called a few shops today and they need me to bring parts in to quote cost. Just curious what ballpark cost would be and who is reputable. Cheers.
I've done grizzly and was very impressed with the hospitality and the food. They do a bang up job in those regards. I have not been back due to the price. I understand they have to charge this much as it costs a lot to operate off grid as they do but the value is just not there for me...
It would actually be not bad getting in now thinking about it a little more. You would be able to see the contour of the creeks and where they drop and come back up. I've broke trail in there twice, once after a big dump with wind that filled the graves with nice fluff. Made for some great over...
Thanks, great info. I definately understand the risk of poor pump fuel. What are you guys reccemending for av mix with 91 premium at elevation? What mix at 2500-3000'?..... Yes I plan on taking my turbo sled ice fishing and ditch banging:d
Just so I dont sound like a cheap knob, the push for...
If this truely is a any elevation 91 pump gas kit that runs 200hp it will be a hit. Ive had a couple turbos in the past and race or av is a pain in the ars. You pack a tonne of fuel with you, find great snow and ride long days and decide to stay an extra day or two and you are at the mercy of...
HAHA, I did something like that. My wife is awesome and dont care what I buy but she once had a surprise birthday party planned for her sh** head sister on a weekend that it absolutely puked snow. During the day friday while she was at work I pulled my buddys sled in the garage and threw my tarp...
As some said, heat is your friend. A heat gun is good for final removal of water and a good preheat but crank the heat in the garage the night before starting so all of the aluminum and thicker plastic panels get warm and heat soaked through. This makes things go much quicker as there is less...
for sure. furnace runs fairly often but I can hold over +25 inside when -20 outside and my floor is uninsulated. Forgot furnace on one night and had thermostat cranked.. was hot as hell n there.
Went to get gloves...... hit beer gardens....... woke up in morning with reciept for new g4 in my pocket and a bag of klim **** for a small village SHEEESSSSSHHHH
I use a 1000watt yamaha generator that is not much bigger than a toaster. It will run heater, 32" flat screen, stereo and crazy amount of lights all at once.I also have a 1000watt inverter in the truck but it will draw down truck batteries in a night.
Forced air hands down!!! I tied one of the outlets to a boot dryer setup, glove dryer and helmet dryer. Set up 4 quick set up clothes lines to hang bibs and coats. I run the heater for about 3 hrs after getting off the hill and everything is crisp dry. Turn on heater when leavin hotel and gear...
