Without permission on private land that would be pretty tough. If you head west on hwy 11 then south on hwy 22 you can get in to some crown land around south fork prairie creek area. Its only an hour drive or so. Sorry I couldnt be more help

I'm new to the site and like it already! Lots of excellent people and information on here. I'm from red deer alberta and in the past have done most of my riding in the west country ( limestone seven mile flats area, cut off creek, ram falls, james river etc..) I'm just getting back in to trail...
Hey thanks rubicon. That does help. I actually talked to the nordegg CO office just to make sure there were no unmarked closures and they said I was good to go. Thanks for the link. And yes I am tbosch on AO as well. I'm not too original with the name creation...:)
I'm planning to ride more on the east side of ram falls to the south and north of the trunk road. I'm hoping to get in to ranger creek and up towards lost guide lake. Any closures in this area that anyone knows of?
