We were out on the weekend and my buddy Carsehole's new '14 took like 6-7 pulls to start every time. Ran fine once started, no lights or anything but consistent hard starts. Played around with DESS lots but didn't help. I don't know what to think of it. My new '14 started first pull every time.
Unfortunately some of us have jobs that require the pleasure of parking our pickups downtown. Must be nice to be able to tell clients to shove it, I'm not coming into downtown. I would prefer to stay employed that take that approach though
That's what I got the old lady on and she enjoys it a lot. My '08 XP she could not ride at all. I loved the XP but they are not for everyone. The M series sleds are much easier to get to roll over for smaller people it seems and the 700 Cat is a nice power plant for her too.
What's done to the engine? I had a mildly modded 670 and I ran 420/430 mains in it. Your jets seem huge for a 670. A stock 800 come with like 480 mains
I prefer no radio at all. That way after riding around alone, lost and scared. I get a great feeling of satisfaction when I finally find my group. There is really nothing like it.
Sounds like we made a similar loop only yours was a bit bigger. We came out of Nevada and across Zion park, Bryce canyon then into Colorado for a couple days in Durango then north home through Colorado, Wyoming, Montana
I do Airdrie to Golden consistently in 2hr 30min. I have rode small over fernie/pass area and golden and I would take golden every time I have the choice for riding.
I would like to know how many alberta guys have their sleds registered before I put a lot of credit into those numbers. I know mines not registered and I don't have any friends with registered sleds either.
