shouldnt matter who you talk to in a dealership, they are all under the same company and should follow the same rules/ conduct, i feel for anyone who has to put up with the crap on gasoline alley-

I have a leaky oil seal on my imput shaft on the gearcase, was told i have to move the rear end to gain enough room to remove the back driveshaft to replace this, is this true or is there enough wiggle room to work
Was told the same thing on the front side to turn the diff and never had too...
Yep some are asses, they have it made up in there mind what they are going to do before they walk up or even talk to you.
