    Piston Ring Failure

Doos piston rings suck...happened to us three times and we had enough. All at the 2600km mark. We ride hard, lots of hillclimbs, wot for large pulls. Same thing, ring pin lets go, ring floats around till it catches & breaks and scours the cyclinders up. Went to mcb and got the dual ring kit...

    08 xp flooding

From experience with doos my best advice to anyone riding a rev/xp. If you roll it over or do anything to flood it dont bother pulling you plugs out and such. Hold the throttle wide open and just keep pulling, dont let go of the throttle before or after you pull just keep pulling and she will...

    Quebec Snomobilers receiving Federal Funding!

Not a huge fan of trail riding personally...Just the means to my end (the steep and deep!:d) But ohhhh the cabin upgrades and trail mait. we could get from nice funding like that! Could bring us a bit more good media too, people seeing money going towards it...should turn a few heads...

    rev vs xp... for real.

This is why this site exists! taking an out of the box xp 08-10 and just running it HARD in the mountians and you WILL have problems. Some brp's fault and some not, a major one is heat! To meet emissions and noise standards they have them sealed up tight so heat builds up in there in no time...

    rev vs xp... for real.

I think I know the one he is talking about. My old man has it on his 06x. Hasnt slowed that sled down AT ALL! Tough track too, ridden that sled hard every year and there is maybe the odd lug with a chunk broken off! The ports on it look to be about 1/4 the size of the crappy xp ported track. The...

    rev vs xp... for real.

I am agreeing to dis-agree with tex. You prefer the rev, which is good for you! Thats what this sport is all about! Finding what YOU like to ride! Just dont bash xps TOO hard cause a LOT of people on here ride them, and love them! If your sledding the radium area let me know and ill show ya what...
