I'm pretty sure the 24 hour clock is from the time of the last rep being given out. In other words, let's say you start your run at 8:00 a.m. and hand out the last of the daily 10 at 8:11, and then the next day you also start at exactly 8:00 you won't be able to give out your 10th rep until...

Ditto with the Klim. I have a couple of different models depending on the temperature, and both are great.

Aren’t you supposed to enjoy thighs every day of the year??? Spread as much Cheer as I could, including putting Rebel over the top. I’m not quite there yet in terms of the bars and max rep, but I do have the max “brown stars”, so, many thanks to one and all. Keep spreading the joy.
