That last pic is the normal but I have seen 3feet of snow on there in the morning and by afternoon the winds pick up and looks just like that again. rough area for sure but worth the trip almost every time. Thanks for the pics

Well if that wasn't hard to understand on the first read.... so you hit the A-arms on the way down falling into the rock holes... still not enough for Quartz.... how deep and any pics ?
try them on with a helmet and you should have a good fit. with the good fit you should be ok for the day but don't overdress as you will overheat and then fog up
