I don’t normally run any fuel additives in my 07 LBZ. 265xxxkm. Typically put in petro or shell diesel.
Not to derail the intent of this thread, but what is everyone’s personal belief / reasoning for using it in every tank? Once in a while?

someone's Chinese Heater DIY perhaps? I saw this guy in Frisbee staging area Sunday afternoon. Kidding aside, good thing no one got hurt when it happened, scary stuff
So ended up finding the issue with my reverse function. With a multimeter I unplugged the 2 wire plug and tested for continuity. Sure enough one of the wires did not zero out so I cut out a big chunk of wire between the switch and plug. Tested that wire I just cut and it zero’d out so it was NOT...
It was idling under 2000RPM like normal, although the sled did spend the night outside in their yard in -30C and was quite heavily frosted over when I picked it up at 9:30am - then went to unload it around noon. Maybe some moisture or frost still in the button or wiring causing a short to the...
Cost for new is $50-60ish less than the Polaris brand. My first ride out on the C12 seemed fine just looked at my clutch today and didn’t notice any belt residue. Will see once I get some more miles on it. So far I’m happy but didn’t really get to go WOT much

Took my 2018 800 Axys to CWE this past week got the ESD fuel pump recall done. Went to back the sled off my deck and sure enough the reverse button no longer works. It worked just fine the weekend before riding. I called CWE asked them if they touched any of that stuff but said they only take...
Stopped in at quartz on Sunday coming back from our Saturday adventure in Revy. Did the cabin valley meadows and probed 65cm, decided to turn back and branch up the East Quartz road. We punched up the drainage after a bit of shoveling and creek-hopping. Laid down some first tracks in some safe...
Parked at the (5.5km?) second lot up kirkup today, decided to try poking into turtle to see how far we could get. Ended up making our way back to the Chutes treading extremely lightly all day. Probed 80cm on the front side and forgot to probe back side but we did find a pocket in the shade...
Ok I guess I’ll give it a go then and monitor mid-season. Thanks guys for the feedback. Excited to get out on the new-to-me sled

About to purchase a spare clutch belt for my 18 axys. Gates C12 carbon belt. Reading some reviews, sounds like the warning is to NOT use the factory spare belt holder under the hood as the carbon belts should not be belt in such a tight radius and will cause a premature failure. Anyone else...
I’ll double check again tonight, but my trip 2 and actual odo were always the same I never reset one trip . My trip 1 I use for weekends and day rides etc.

….well that was easy… not sure why I couldn’t get it to before! I just shaved off 1300 miles from my sled! Why am I even selling it now lol, too bad I already got a new one

If default is KM then that is sweet I just shaved off 1300 miles from my add lol. I've been advertising as 3400 miles when its really 2100 miles / 3400km.
I took a read and it doesn't specifically state that the odometer switches, at least not from what I can read. But I'll try walking through some of those functions tonight and see.
Can anyone verify? I have toggled between the setting for mph and kph but that seems to only change the Speedo, my odo stays the same… so which is it? I always thought that the cats were in miles, but then Someone told me that since my altitude shows in Metric my odo is metric as well, which...
Freshies up top at Allen this morning, who’s still hitting up Vale? Seen tracks on the webcam a few days ago. Not far for a day trip from Edmonton….

Yes lots of bike traffic up there good point.
And when I said south I meant to say West… we crossed them on the Bridge, so in theory could have turned south towards Ferry, did not see though. I would think access to many places is still good if you’re adventurous enough. Just Costs ya a pair...
I was surprised we did not see anyone else on the hills. But would be curious if going up Bezanson would have been a better choice / less gravel.
Leaving town today we did cross a grey dodge decked up heading south, curious where they would have went today
