Hey Rounder, my Mom lives in Chestermere and I've gone to McLean Creek from there before.. It's really easy and a very close, the easiest way I find is to head South out of Chestermere and take a left on 84th St, which becomes Shepard Road then when it eventually bends to the left it turns into...
LOL thanks Bogger, I actually had a nap on my bike like that, it was the day after my birthday and was soo hung over, too shaky to ride really..just slept on it ! Definitely did NOT feel too sexy that day.... :thumbsdownm:

It isn't long at all, you can head out of Edmonton west on 16 and you will turn right onto RR24, you only drive a couple of minutes until it comes to a dead end..on the left side you will see a barbed wire fence and a gate and you can open the gate drive through close it behind you and stage...
whoa calm down now.. I actually really enjoy riding at HHA, I love the combination of the hard-pack and soft dirt trails there..and the whoops, it's awesome..just in the last week or so it hasn't been as good for dirtbiking from all the rain. So where abouts is Cougar Creek exactly? I thought...

lol, nah I like to go fast and I can't rip on a dirtbike when you gotta battle through the mud every time you turn a corner... good on a quad... a lot of work on a dirtbike :( I used to ride quads before mine nearly killed my mom, she was hospitalized for weeks in and out of surgery..it F#$%@d...
