When you were trying to change your clickers from 3 to 4, were you using your fingers or the wrench? If the clutch hasn't been cleaned in a while, or the ramp pivots are tight, you will not be able to move the bolts by hand, so you have to pull out your 13mm wrench. The bolt should move with...
How warm is the engine? Mine idles high when it is cold. Usually comes down once it is warm. I just feather the choke to get the revs down before I hit the kill switch if I need to shut it off when it is revving high.
I would say the clunk is normal. Your secondary is changing from rotating...
I can only upload pictures of the overlays, not the kmz files themselves. Not worth much that way. Not sure why the limit for the kmz files is so small. I have asked if there is another way, but have been told no. PM your email and I can send them that way....
According to this site , we are getting closer to an "average" year, but nothing like last year..... The data is apparently gathered from Bell Mountain, according to the GPS coordinates.
Glen,
I have overlayed all of the closure maps from the BC fish and wildlife site Fish and Wildlife - Environment - Province of British Columbia into Google Earth, and it only shows a small part of the Dore (North? Osalenka area) as being closed. Are these maps only showing the Caribou...
Click on the "Ski-doo" icon near the top center of the page. This will bring up a drop down box. Pick "Ski-doo". Another drop down box will appear, and pick "Ski-doo" again (not sure why you have to do it twice...). Another drop down box will appear. Pick your year of sled. Another box...
Yes,
All of the Garmin maps are compatible with the Rhino series, as with the Nuvi's, and most of the Etrex lineup (some are not capable of adding maps). As well, all of the new Oregon and Colorado units will accept the Garmin maps. I have used Metroguide Canada V4, Metroguide North America...
We are heading up Friday Nov 26, sledding the 27th and 28th. Not sure which areas we are gonna hit, hopefully there is a bunch of snow between now and then...... Have you been to McBride much before?
I have a pair of Ski-doo by Smith, and they fit great. I have the quarter nose cover, and use the Klim mouth/nose cover. There aren't any open spots anywhere with that combo, and they fit perfect. When I am looking for a little more airflow, I use my 509s. They aren't quite as big, so I use...
It is an X based on the gauges and shocks. It also hasn't had some updates done if you are still able to recall your top RPM. The dealers made some changes to what you see on the gauges, and this was removed. I would take it in to see what other recalls haven't been done yet, just to be safe.
If you look at the top of the pyramid frame, it should be centered with the middle of the tunnel. It is off to the left in the picture. As well, the tunnel looks twisted, lower on the left side than on the right in the picture.
I have taken the time to overlay the available BC Government Closures/Boundaries (March 2010) maps for the McBride areas for Google Earth. I find them a great tool for looking where we are allowed to ride. The files are too big to attach (~300kb.... limit is 97kb), so I was wondering if there...
It is getting harder to manuever that rig as the boys get older. Gonna shed some pounds by losing the infant carriers and strapping them in to the built in seats soon enough. ;) People are usually surprised when they see a third sitting on the back of it too. Nothing like having 3 boys in...
I see the wife posed with our twins in the "Limo".... I must have had their older brother Adam, who was picking out his future ride at the time....
He is gonna have to save up his pennies....
Adam's gear from the show... $40.00 helmet
The three amigos. And I thought sledding was already...
I know some of the farmers that have been getting very frustrated with the people that are using the old rail system that runs from Lloydminster to Marwayne. There are signs at pretty much every road crossing that say "No Tresspassing" and "Contact the railway for access", but guys still love...
I can't understand how people complain about getting tickets for things like this. It is your responsibility to make sure the vehicle you are driving meets the regulations. If not, and you get caught, you get a ticket, plain and simple. If you don't like the regulations, instead of...
Has anybody talked to the Media about any of this? It would sure change the way that they are spinning the story if it was true. There had been no mention about the site of the avalanche not being part of the scheduled events that day in the news. It may also change some of the views of both...
