I have don this before on Rotax engines which are notorious for having Y pipe manifold bolts rattle loose. Be sure to install 8 NORDLOC washers on the Y pipe bolts.These washers seem to be the only true fix to prevent the bolts from rattling loose again...

Trying to figure out what would be a good combination on this sled? Stock motor with DPM, stock pipe and suitcase. The stock 500 mains have been replaced with 480 mains along with moving the needles to #3 position. The sled will be run at 2300 to 3300' elevation. Does anyone have a good jetting...

This could be a fuel delivery issue as well. No blockages in the fuel lines and both carbs are getting good fuel flow? If you have good spark an everything else is good, maybe the fuel pump packed it in as well or a blockage in the fuel line somewhere or even maybe the pickup in the tank.

Man, I think you have exhausted every single avenue that I would have checked. Maybe a blockage in the Y pipe? This is a tough one. DESS cord is on correctly and all that other jazz?
