I have don this before on Rotax engines which are notorious for having Y pipe manifold bolts rattle loose. Be sure to install 8 NORDLOC washers on the Y pipe bolts. These washers seem to be the only true fix to prevent the bolts from rattling loose again...
You can pick up Pencil Flares at safety supply stores. I also pack a "add water" ration along with a pocket stove that runs on solid fuel tablets and a first aid kit that can handle 4 to 6 people.
I just picked up a '12 STANDARD RMK with the additional front mounted cooler with 1480miles. Did a comp check and both cylinders are @ 130 psi. Is the MTNTK kit is designed to be used with the stock head AND mono cylinder despite the chance of having fatigued cylinder skirts?

And a good thought at that, however BRP does a stellar job of always finding new ways to extract more $$ from the consumer, the pitch will change so we will all have to by new drivers along with the 172" track on previous model year sleds...
I'll be completely honest here, my heart is always in my mouth heading up into the alpine, wondering if we're going to have an uneventful day or not. Almost to the point where I'm not enjoying myself anymore. Although I do know what to look for in terms of unsafe conditions, there is always the...
This could be a fuel delivery issue as well. No blockages in the fuel lines and both carbs are getting good fuel flow? If you have good spark an everything else is good, maybe the fuel pump packed it in as well or a blockage in the fuel line somewhere or even maybe the pickup in the tank.
Man, I think you have exhausted every single avenue that I would have checked. Maybe a blockage in the Y pipe? This is a tough one. DESS cord is on correctly and all that other jazz?
