Spring clip fits back in no problem. Rubber boot needs to be modded to fit back on. Rode in snow over the hood multiple times last season and zero issues.

Yes Caper has it dialed in very well. Actually spent the time in the hills tuning it himself. Lots of great feedback. Warning, arms may get sore.

I stalled Jaws, MBRP and DynoPort, all have worked good. None will make ya extra HP. Just save some weight and depending on brand/type increase noise.

Groom in the middle of the day with that many sleds? It would be a hazard for sleds coming down not to mention the longer the trail sits untouched in cold temps the better it sets up.
