There is no such thing as a "home owners" version of any cordless tool. Thats an old wives tale that the supply shops use to justify their jacking up the prices. If the part number matches, its the same unit whether you bought it from Home Depot or Acklands.
Might want to tell that to my 3/4 Milwaukee which rattled off 120 nuts (1 5/16) on my truck and trailer on Friday, 9 ah battery, still one bar left when done.

Just because it appears Milwaukee has been dominating the cordless tool market the past few years does not mean other brands dont build some quality tools, and possibly better specific tools.
We had one of those in the bedroom for a few years. Kept it cool, but yes, had to precool for a few hours each evening, and noisy as hell. Would keep fluctuating though the night, fan would runs slow, then high, then kick in cooling and make more noise, then shut down.
