They can be one of the trickiest sleds to get the mapping figured out - that would be my guess as to why she blew at a grander - I'm loving my aurora box - 12.5afrs at 8lbs - flat lined there - runnin off the 02 sensor - runnin flawlessly
It's hit and miss with all of em I guess - I just talked to my buddy this morning - he's at 9700kms 850 doo with a 5lb silber last service on it was probably at 4500kms and that was putting new plugs in it
The 800 etec swallows up 8lbs of boost all day long - I've got 8000kms on the chassis - I put a new crank in it at 5000kms just to be safe - 3000kms now of 8lbs - I'm running it till the rods leave the chatroom then she's gettin parted out
Love it - love a little xm tweaking and modding - I just put the hi -torque rollers in my qrs secondary excited to go and try it - did a bit of tweaking to the primary

Oh bud cross trax goin 9 yrs - awesome sled deck - last trip out had a few too many rips of the ol honey stick and ate sh*t down the ramp - thinking about building a ladder off the side probably safer than goin down the ramp after too many cheladas and hauls off the pen
There's only a fence on tki's new top sprocket that I just got done with the stainless insert - bottom 66 tooth sprocket doesn't have a fence - has a tensioner - old setup was no fence on either - never had an issue - back of the top sprocket mushrooms due to just being too soft with the heat...
It's a minto setup on an xm - I guarantee I won't have to touch this belt drive system now with the stainless collar pressed into the top sprocket till the motor blows on me - not the slightest bit of snow gets into this setup - sounds like everyone should steer clear of the c3 till some more...
Just under 7000kms on the chassis - I did 3 days at eagles at the end of January put on almost 600kms on er - I break it and fix it and repeat - off to tumbler ridge next week - only 1 chopper ride so far knock-on wood - anyone riding an xm loves riding with me because I have parts in the truck...
That's just a bad setup imo - my tki on xm has been great for 6000kms - only thing I found was the top sprockets were mushing out on the backside of the sprocket and causing multiple issues - got a stainless ring pressed into the new top sprocket - tried posting a pic but it won't let me -...
With all the other mods that go with it - it's part way there - big wheel kit, baker w/raptor, dj clutching, hi torque rollers etc etc - it's all part of the experience
I love my tki on my t3 - no more chaincase oil - 4000kms on the belt - so quick to tear the secondary out - I only blew the belt because the back of the top sprocket mushed out and took out the bearing and jackshaft and both belts - quick $800 f*kin [emoji239][emoji517]'s - new sprocket is at...
