AMSOIL has been in Powersports for a very long time. They are not competing with dealers, they are marketing to the consumer and showing how their oil out performs. Let’s be honest. After the warranty is done dealers don’t give a **** about you anymore. If you are keeping your machine for an...
I hear where you are coming from but whatever protects my motor best is what I will use. I have an amsoil account and it’s very close to my doo dealer so it’s a no brainer for me. My top end went on my 12 Freeride in 2400 km of mountain riding with stock XPS oil. After my warranty was up and...
Skidoo does still offer warranty if you run AMS Oil. I remember this issue years back. Ams oil actually had a lawsuit against skidoo for not warrantying their oil because it was a superior product. They won and skidoo has to warranty engines running with amsoil. Watch the piston wear comparison...
Hey guys just need a little direction or input. I have low compression on mag side, its sitting at 90 lbs and PTO side is 145. I have checked Reeds, popped head off and inspected pistons, cylinders and rave valves. Piston and cylinders look great but the rave valve on the mag side is very slow...

I have an identical truck I rebuilt a while back that would be a perfect candidate for a designated sled hauling truck. Any idea how much this would cost?
Test your starter first buy jumping the starter terminals then if it turns over you know it's a problem further up in your ignition circuit ( ignition solenoid, fusible links, ignition key and cylinder itself). Test the ignition solenoid by jumping the two posts then turn your key and you should...
Dumb question but you are sure you didn't buckle a lower a arm. I have had that happen a lot where one ski is pulled back slightly because of the lower a arm.
I remember this project. Nice sled man. Could have been way worse. I'm sure you will get that turbo up and running better then ever when you are all healed up. Thank god for your helmet as well. It looks like your mouth and jaw would have taken a beating with out it.
