Using Y Pipe exhaust to drive the turbo is bound to build more heat than driving the turbo after the expansion chamber. That just might be the difference that the charge temps were creeping up so they added the cooler.
In your very extensive cutting and pasting looks like there’s a couple of...
I would think at some point the turbo runs out of capacity and becomes inefficient. That’s likely the reason for the decline after 8000ft. It would be a balance between low end response, boost transition and peak horsepower. Can’t have all three.
The electronic waste gate will be difficult...
I had as much snow in my yard in 2017 only it was March not the beginning of January! Hired a skid steer yesterday to clean my yard out so I have some place to put snow again! It is an epic year for sure.
I try to haul my sleds in here as much as possible. If they do have to go on the deck they get a cover every time. The new BRP ride on covers make it super easy. You put it on before you load so you're not pissing around up on the deck trying to get the covers on.
I put a 175 track on one sled and a 174 on another both using XM ice age rails. The track is irrelevant. You need the XM ice age rails so the measurements between the front and rear arms match up. Otherwise you would have to install the long 175 drop brackets if you wanted to use ski doo 175...
If you order XM Ice Age Rails the centers will work out for the 165 to 175 change over I believe. Baker did my 17 165 conversion. He might be able to help you out.
When was the last time you were up there? There's parking in the gravel pit for 4 or 5 trailers also last fall they cleared a spot around the corner that can handle another 6 or 7 trailers.
Most of the arms and brackets that were built for Boost-it would have gone on to ice age rails as most of those sleds got a 174 to go with the turbo. It’s likely the mounting points are quite different.
There are a bunch of Iridium phones on Kijiji in Calgary for sale right now for $400- $700. I picked one up in October for $500. Most of them came from back country kids camps that are switching over to InReach devices to do their check-ins.
