I had bronze ski bushings made up for I didn't catch the stock ones fast enough and well the bolt made the hole an oval so had a machinist make me new ones. And installed grease zerts.

But if it is under your deck how will they ever know about it. Ummm. Oh and the old slip tanks that were built back in the day before the code tanks came into play were still acceptable for a bit maybe not anymore.

just go though it check everything is hooked up and then bring it in an get them to check timing and mapping.... mapping is your ecm so that wouldn't change... shouldnt matter what motor you put in there just as long as it is the is the same model of motor(800r, 800ho) mapping might be different...
Im surprised bj even told you anything he told me 480 at one point then he stopped helping once he fixed his kit that cratered at 500 miles. Wouldn't even stand behind his product. Just check your plugs and go from that. If you can get a hold of mots in Edmonton he used to make kits and helped...
well i am not sure but i would you coils can be filed under g... maybe you would be better to take it all apart and put it back together maybe you forgot a wire some where... i moved my ecm without anything special just took the mounting plate off and rivetted it back on ....
