The Boondocker side kick for the 850 Polaris is one of them. I had issues with the programming on my 2020 850, (never had an issue with the 4 previous turboed 800cc sleds) I think Boondocker was possibly having issues with program/run ability on the Poo 850’s. I have a buddy that knows a...
Your both kinda right from my experience.. I believe I was at the tail end of the baby boomers (born in 59) , and I do remember my mom making our Christmas presents. I grew up on a farm so I had no idea as to whether we had money or not (and apparently we did not have much) but we always had...
That’s 9 psi at 10,000’, just guessing but likely running around 5 - 7 where most ride around Revy.
They are running them on pump gas so from my experience, 5 psi at sea level is about max. Not sure where the boost is at sea level?
50 extra lbs is significant I would think, and likely show up more so in deep snow?
A buddy of mine rides the same sled, it came out of break in last weekend and he claimed a noticeable difference in power.
Regardless the sleds today are incredible!!!
I believe the Axy Clutch tool is there as well, that’s why I was asking. I haven’t paid attention to the Matryx tool location but the side panel slots are different on the Matryx. That looks like the Axy belly pan.
I’m mostly curious if it’s an 800 or 850 crank.
Hi Ron, I’ve only met you a couple times.. you are obviously well respected by anyone you’ve met or lives you touched…. Stay positive, this can be beat..
My prayers are with you.
Not sure about these days but riding through the little town Fox Creek on a sled was never an issue back in the day. Around home (north of Cochrane) we’ve been stopped before ditch bangin and read the riot act but never got a ticket. I think it likely depends on the officer and the sled pilots...
Been there, done that… usually by the time they are done shovelling, hooking up and getting back on track, they’ve pretty much sobered up…. Especially in those temps… Most people are at least😬
I might be able to help you out. I have a track that missing a couple lugs but in reasonably good shape that your kids are welcome to. PM me your cell and I’ll send you pics.
They sure do appear to be. I know of several removed though, my sons included and he’s a big guy, 260 dressed, he’s riding a 2018 on boost and beats on it.
I was looking at them today at the dealers, they do look pretty light… I cut them off of my Axys after breaking my ankle on them a couple years ago. Guess just have to kick these ones off :)
Lol. Ya, I’m pretty sure I have a QD2, and I have run the belt drive in my 2013, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020 and my 2121 QD2. I’ve had them froze up, I’ve had to clean them out, pretty sure I’ve had them in lots of deep snow… maybe it froze up and broke, and being bottom sprocket, maybe early season...
I have a lower sprocket that looks just like that…. It bounced of a stump, but made a couple more days before it let go…. The OP thinks it’s from snow and ice buildup, and very well might be but I’ve had them froze right up and never broke one till it bounced it off a stump.
Kinda like when the...
Do you have an exhaust leak and it’s from the pipe? My 2013 Polaris Pro 800 leaves a trail of orange in the snow on the first ride each and every season… I’ve never seen it from any other sled I’ve owned..
