You have your thread back Don. Posters Don asked me to clean up his thread he started. He wants to keep it on topic of riding and snow and grooming conditions. I'm unsure of his weather/snow predictions but we will see.
Thanks

We have them out at Catararct Creek. They like the groomer shack. We have removed about 4 so far. We received access to a groomer building that was unused for about 10 years. Well it was lived in by pack rats. It was gross. 10 yrs of pack rat crap didn't smell good. We cleaned it out and washed...
Was out there today. We have snow. Mountains are all White and looking good. Snow line is low. It's a start folks.
It's time to start renewing your trailpasses and club membership. All trailpass money goes to helping get the trails up aND going and also fuel up the new to us groomer for the...
Lets get this started for the upcoming season.
We are waiting for the OHV ban to be lifted so we can get out there and get going on some trail work.
Lots going on.
WE ARE BUYING A NEW TO US TRAIL SNOWCAT. This will help keep the trails in the best of conditions. If you want to help with some...
Steal it take it home melt it down and sell as raw metal. These plaques need to be made from plastic now. No value in the raw material=no reason to steal it
Sorry Ferniew. We had a friend also that went out of his way to help others
Mount it on rubber mounts. If bolted down solid to your trailer deck it will shake you out of that trailer with vibration and noise. Mount it on those foam rubber soft hockey pucks that are used indoors. I was in a club members trailer this year and it was bad. He had a 1000 Honda running the...
We have a Yamaha 3000 up at our cabin. They are heavy to move around. You would never lift it up onto your trailer. A small 1000 would do what you need and be way easier to handle. Good deal from Trashy but still to big to handle.
Really like your builds over the last few years. Nice to see...
Found the picture. This unit will make a huge improvement to the Cataract Creek Snowmobile area. Just need funding. Its a little rough looking but will be great for the family riding area
Calgary Snowmobile Club working on buying a snowcat to groom the trails at Cataract Creek snow vehicle area next season. Wish us luck. One very similar to this one.
To all riders in the future. Stay out of the water. Cross stream and get out. You never know who or what is filming you in the bush now. Better way to protect our future riding also. Cross and get out. We have been saying for years to keep out of the water and quit posting videos or pictures on...
The seasons over but that doesn't mean that the club is done for the summer. Not this year. We have a few projects that we are working on. With the partnership of the backcountry fllod program we are hoping to put in a new bridge on Etherington Creek trail. First bridge out from the staging...
Tyler like this idea because it gets hot when we do trail work. Saw gets hot and wont run fuel boils in tank. As long as you have batteries it should work
