Damn, that's nasty. Did the shop that put in the 131 upgrade the primary chain tensioner? On high compression/high hp engines the stock ratcheting auto tensioners are problematic. Most builders swap 'em out for the Hayden M6 or similar spring loaded setups, or even the older style manual adjust...
I purchased an authorization certificate for my mini 2 from dronehacks, no more limitations. Just fire it up and fly lol. The new authorization requirements are ridiculous.
I use those on my side by side in the toyhauler. Handy, but they can be a real pain to release once they are cranked tight enough to take out the bounce.
This is the way I strap my bike in the garage or enclosed trailers, no chock in this pic tho. Hauled it like this 600 km south to drop off...
I've found exactly the opposite, I use a front wheel chock and a six inch block under the frame of my Ultra Classic so the suspension is out of the equation and the bike sits level. When your suspension cycles while in transport there's a good chance of a tiedown coming loose or even unhooked...

I have a 2004 400XT that I bought brand new, it's been a solid machine. I wasn't easy on it. My son now uses it and it still runs great. Only issues I've ever had were front struts and axles breaking but both were from abuse. Great power for a 400, and super smooth ride. Keep an eye on the rear...
