It would be interesting if someone actually tracked mileage before and after, not just going by the numbers on the dash. An honest baseline, and then real world results. I would definitely stay European. Wife has an AWD Subaru Legacy GT, and it is amazing. You can break trail in the hammer lane while all the F350s and Escalades struggle in the slow lane. It definitely doesn't have the power you are looking for being a 2.5L turbo, but it is a lot of fun to drive...

Heat is one of those things; You don't miss it until you don't have it. I would not be without it. My enclosed has a 40k Suburban and no issues.
