I got the new relay installed, cleaned up all existing wiring and cut out all the butt plug connectors then soldered all the wires and heat shrunk them. All the plugs are greased up, quad is ready to see the trails again!

Yeah mine has only 800km on it and it was corroded like crazy. Just silly how it's designed when it would be so simple for them to run longer wires and just put it in with the other relays in the fuse box. So the relay is 18.00 and I'm still trying to track down the update kit.

Well they found my stolen quad it was found abandoned on the side of a dirt road in Clairmont. Ignition ripped out and hotwired. The quad is in good shape aside from the ignition. Guess license plate was gone. I'm going to see if they will let me buy it back.

I had a 2010 850xp and it had 1900km on it and only had 1 issue with oil in the airbox and removing the felt filter it was fixed. I now have a 2012 850xp with 500 km on it and no issues thus far. I do the regular maintenance and all seems to be good.

Also another place I go is Carstar Express on 3825 - 99th Street Northwest talk to Aaron. Hopefully between one of the two you can get advice/help. :beer:
