It's the drag strip, they bring in some nitro and alcohol cars, a few nitro or alcohol Harleys, and the jet cars and trucks. Sent from my SM-G990W2 using Tapatalk

    Caribou Recovery Facility

Not much the Alberta government can do, the facility is deep in the park, and it really won't have any affect on the province.

    Senate Vote

Not even close, the emergency act has to be renewed by a vote of parliament every 60 days, even had it been fully enacted, in 60 days, they'd have t redo the debate and vote, or it would automatically be rescinded.

    Senate Vote

Not by a long shot, and I never said that, however, its closer to being back to normal, than being straight up communism like you say

    Senate Vote

So the system works then? how can he be an authoritarian dictator, when an independent body, has to approve what he's enacting? Yes, it was an overreach, but that is why we have the senate, the GG, and ultimately the courts, to limit the governments power and over reach

    Safety deposit boxes

I wasn't talking about personally trying to seize assets, I have experience with that, and it is a pain in the ass. However, the government has lots of lawyers, etc. Any transaction over 10K has to be reported, so if someone was moving money to buy things like gold, or even just withdrawing...

    Safety deposit boxes

They can also search and seize items from your property under the civil forfeiture act with the appropriate court order, there's no saying they couldn't incoporate that on a future implementation of the emergency act, so whats the difference?

    Senate Vote

I'm not saying what he did was right, however, it never passed in the senate, and was never fully enacted. The cops didn't need it to go beat up protestors, they needed it to compel the tow companies to move the vehicles

    Senate Vote

moot point, the emergency act has been rescinded, the sky isn't falling, and communism isn't here

    Negative interest rates ?

Servus in Leduc wanted 30% down, and I believe we got it down to 3.25% over the 10 years, the land is out by Thorsb/Telfordville, not sure how it would have changed being further out

    Negative interest rates ?

It sure is, when I bought 80 of the family quarter a couple years ago, I needed a large chunk down, and because it's classed as a "commercial" property, it didn't qualify for a mortgage. Ended up with a decent rate on a 10yr loan.

Going to drop the writ of election on Sunday

It would, but it would almost guarantee nothing but a liberal majority for the rest of time, if you add up all the progressive votes, they usually far surpass the conservative votes in the majority of Canada
