I'm a bit surprised that they would be ok with running them with no gauges, no way to monitor engine temp until it's too late. Are they going to add a cheater harness to the gauge connector too?
Looking to get a tunnel bag/box for my sled, I was really wanting to get the Ski Doo Deep Snow Pro bag but they have no idea when they will get any in stock so I may have to go another route. I need something that will carry some tools, shovel, spare goggles/gloves/balaclava and some snacks...
Looks like my wife will get her sled (Summit 600R 154) and accessories this month without the gauge but the gauge will be about 2 weeks behind her sled, they also got a shipment of gauges in last week so it sounds like they are behind in manufacturing them.
Here in the sates, they can't deny warranty because you don't run their oil. The Magnuson-Moss Act clearly states this: Warrantors cannot require that only branded parts be used with the product in order to retain the warranty.[7] This is commonly referred to as the "tie-in sales" provisions[8]...
I'd also go with the 2.5" track if you're going to be riding a fair amount of trails/flat terrain, the 3" paddles are known to break off when racing down the flats and trails.
This is the only pic I have, it's from August 28th 2015. I did not get a sheep but my new hunting partner did manage to tag a 52" bull moose so we will have fresh moose for the freezer.
Near Delta Junction, it's about a 5 hour drive from my house and another hour and half by sxs. We've got an established camp that's been in that drainage since around 1993, it's going to be good times.
So I'm looking at purchasing the PowerMax PM4 converter/charger and i'm trying to figure out how to hook this thing up so I can run the furnace using the converter and not the battery. Is it connected to the battery (which also powers the furnace) or do I run separate circuits to the battery...
Thanks for the link, that looks like it would work just fine, my furnace only draws about 12.5 amps so if I go with a 35-45 amp dc converter I should be golden.
Right now it only gets charged through my truck and the battery is relatively new. The battery is inside my cabinet where my furnace is also mounted and there is a 110v receptacle right next to the battery, I think they built it that way so a converter could be hooked up, they tried to sell me...
What I'm talking about is a DC power source that is plugged into the AC outlet in my trailer that will run my propane furnace and charge my battery at the same time, a generator will be powering the trailer. A diesel heater is not an option, this furnace does the job and then some but I just...
