some people on snowest use it and swear by it, i havent had an issue other than the load up going downhill which is normal. when you say bog out what do you mean a load up rich sputter? or just after u start it? could you be making the throttle safety switch activate? stock can?

i went for my first ride on saturday with the front end (i demod a 16 last year) the front end makes a big different easier to get on edge and doesnt want to flop back over so hard lighter steering its a way better sled now i have to relearn to ride all over again

stock housing with an aftermarket air filter (reuseable/cleanable one) ive used K&N but people do use some that are a dry filter instead of oiled. stock system is good for over 500hp as i recall.

maybe it was just off on the weld, talk to them and see if they will send u another. rivets are used on basically all of them. hps i believe supplies rivets to fit in as well. go to princess auto buy a cheap air riveter and then return it :P
