new battery system was installed sat. tests with satellite today and if everything goes as planned tomorrow. :)

The club has purchased a new battery system for the cabin and hope to have the Yamacam up and running by the end of the month.

Lots are bare, Herb has made trails on snowbanks around lots for us. First 1 1/2 km of trails are real skinny but not bare, yet. Streeter St. (connector trail Boulder/Frisby) will not be groomed anymore this season. There is 7 ft of snow at cabin.

Failure to register will be $598 and you must carry a minimum of $2,000,000 liability, don`t know what fine is for that one. Fines will be attached to to your license.

There was a lot of interest and talk of doing this again next yr. We had just as many girls as boys attend, it was great to see. I think we all went home a little wiser.
