We stayed at the super 8. Ate at smitty's before heading out each am. We had a 4 place enclosed and was able to park between super 8 and smitty's because they have an agreement worked out.
Just fine! We went out yesterday was -37 overnight. Warmed up to about -30 for our ride. (wind chill about -40) It sure makes a difference if you can keep your sled inside (doesn't have to b heated) it will start easier. Just make sure track spins and suspension isn't iced up and go easy on it...

Anyone that has been to fernie this year or locals know which off-load and trail up is most promising to find good snow. We arrived here last night asked a few locals but they don't skidoo. Thanks for any help.
