15 Gallon per minute or 15 litre per minue?

I don't want to go over 100 Gallon if I don't have to so I can plumb it directly into my trucks fuel tank legally, but I probably want to get it on the bigger side of things.

Think I'm going to run Hoe for a pipeline company right away here, they want me to use my own truck to haul my fuel. The money is good so no complaints there, but how big of slip do I need? Found one 80 US gallon that's a toolbox/slip tank combo where the pump is contained within the toolbox...

Going on a 2002 Dodge 2500 ext cab reg box, and the ass end of the truck is so light i need something that is going to be decent on snow. I will be carrying a slip tank and doing some pretty horrible roads for work this winter. I'm leaning towards Hankook M/T or Cooper Discoverer STT right now.

Does anyone in BC know what Cruise Control is? I feel like I should do a seminar and teach all you BCers how to turn it on.
