We would not recommend 2WD. We recommend tow ropes or winches, and we wouldn't classify it as a children's trail. We classify it as a mid-level trail, and we've had rain in the last two weeks, so be prepared for mud. There is a muskeg section.

We're working with the ESRD in Slave Lake as well. Insurance for the event is required, and we must have permissions for land use - pipeline right of ways to abandoned leases, roads and staging areas. It is a lot of work, yes. But worth it in the end.
