Also all buildings so far have asbestos remaining and several other contaminates present. The sites are specifically cleaned up then there is a phaze required for testing for many contaminants. This is the same thing that is completed for truck rollovers. It’s more than nuts to request this...

This is what parks Canada wants after demolition and cleanup. They own the land and are making sure all leased land has absolutely no contaminates.

Parks Canada has not been friendly to residents or commercial operators with the crazy sampling procedures after the buildings / debris are removed. Sampling on a 12000 sf building is over 250k with what they are asking for. I feel for someone that has 400k coverage and we eat up 350 already.

Sucks, Id hold on and maybe you will change your mind. I'm in the same boat, but working hard to get my body in shape to ride again, with all the screwed up systems my metabolism hasn't reached my calorie intake, now its turning around.

The site will go through a server move soon and some upgrading and that wont be an issue. The admin that works on the site will be moving the entire site to his server and looking after all updates. That will be happening within 30 days.
