I'd argue that it's culture more than religion. They hate everyone equally, including themselves, but the US has a long history of making it easy for them to hate the West.
CBC radio said this morning that Trudeau and Scheer are neck and neck at 35% in the polls with the possibility of Ontario tipping the scales in Trudeau's favor. Yikes!
You must be confiusing him with Bernier. Scheer said that he intends to meet the Paris Accord targets while Bernier is dead set against it and values Canadian sovereignty over a healthy relationship with the UN.
I'm actually starting to think Bernier is the best candidate. He's the guy who would give the middle finger to the UN. Unfortunately, he just doesn't have enough support yet and will probably accomplish little more than stealing desperately needed votes away from Scheer. Maybe we'll see more...
I guess it depends on how it would affect me. I would let them run through my property for free as long as the land was usable afterwards. Why can a municipality dig up our lawns and sidewalks to upgrade a neighborhood to fiber without compensating us but the feds can't run a pipeline through?
I suspect that there's more to this than the article suggests and believe that the attack on our resource sector is an attempt to cripple us enough that the average person buys into socialism and a new world order.
That's pretty funny. He never made a big stink back in April but never made mention of any spill, only stating that he had concerns of a potential spill: https://www.nationalobserver.com/2019/04/01/news/canada-considers-emergency-warning-scientists-could-complicate-trans-mountain

Apparently his net worth before entering the whitehouse was $1.3 million. He is now worth no less than $40 million and the New York Times figures it is as high as $135 million. His presidential salary was only $400k and his presidential pension is only $200k.
They spent close to $1 Billion in the consultation period with no guarantee that the project would get off the ground. Is this the message we should be sending to big investors in Canada's economy? Why would anyone do business here much less go above and beyond what their legally obligated to do?
You're gonna have a hell of a time getting an XMR into a 6'6" box. I can barely get my 1 up XTP in even with a riser. Even if I could get the riser high enough, it's pretty frigg'n precarious. The one I have is from coopers and I'm not even sure it's wide enough to fit an XMR.
