I added this to the sled like others and took off the factory belt holder. Looks way better and have room for other stuff.

The 571 is the stock belt. UltimaxXS821 works for the 23 Turbos. I used it also for a back up on my 19 850N/A. Was $120 cheaper than the Doo belt. Will 100% get me off the mtn. Both Dayco and Gates make one for the 850 Turbo. Apparently when I talked to the parts guy they have lowered the temps...
Those people are Polaris riders… never seen such a devote group of people loyal to a brand. Plugs foul every morning on their 27,000$ sled and they don’t even bat an eye. Fuel pumps crapping out spitting and burping no big deal haha I will say Polaris has the marketing figured out to a tee...
Buddy has over 8000km on 2020.5 turbo still running strong. Life expectancy is the same as it always is some last a long time others don’t…

Weight savings is a plus. I wouldn’t hold my breath on any hp gain out of a can though. I’m sure the guys that dropped lots of cash on it will sweat up and down it does though…

I suppose I only responded to the second part of your original post… no I don’t know anybody building one I would venture a guess till the G5’s become more readily available kits will be non existent.

Will it be cheaper? Maybe save what a $1000. Tuning, clutching, fitment issues messing around with fueling and controllers, no warranty meh… even 2g wouldn’t bother

How does a guy from Ontario have a clutch kit dialed in for a new Turbo that only a select few have ride time on? Wouldnt you want to try the new doo clutching before investing in a clutch kit? I just re read what i wrote dont mean to come across sounding like a d!ck but seems premature to pull...
I picked up an extra set of rims off of kijij for $500 some guy took off his Lariat for aftermarket rims. So will put my winter rubber on those spare rims and switch out fall/spring. Cheapest way I can come up with doing it.

I found this also. Which prompted me to want to run a Winter specific tire for next year. Had to many close calls for me not to spend the extra cash for some traction.
