8 inches of fresh over night in town, trails are in great shape. Salmon Trail is iced going up the cut block, as in sliding down backwards/upside down/side ways/sleds on top of guys. Great snow once you get in.

15cm's of Fresh last night in town, it's going to be great up top today.

2 inches in town this am, and we found 6-8" of fresh snow around 6000'elev. in Groundhog today. Still made for a great day of tree riding!

Trails are iced over, melted sliders, wore out scratchers, and over heating sleds, if you can reach the alpine reports of descent snow in Salmon still. Snow in the forecast, hope it dumps soon.

NO rain above 5000', but the snow is heavy and settling fast. We still probed over 150cm's in Groundhog East today.

The BRPPS have hired a second groomer to maintain trails north of town this season. Holy Grail/Big Blue/Paradise/Horseshoe(North Blue RD), White River, Fingers, and Redsands will be groomed regularly.

Spent all day in Redsands riding untouched pow. Redsands Parking lot, 2km's north of Blue River (turn in at the 12' Grizzly bear), access Holy Grail, Paradise, White River, Finger Bowls, and Redsands all from this Parking area. All area's are groomed to date other than Finger bowls, waiting for...

Groomed Salmon to the same turn around as last year, need to leave a filter to discourage the inexperienced. Salmon is an advanced - expert riding area with a lot of steep technical tree riding with high avalanche exposure.
