Doesn't wood ash have a ridiculously high C:N ratio? Upwards of 1000:1? Not very good as it immobilizes N. What is your pH? Fertilizers will lower the pH of the soil over time.
For agricultural discussion, thecombineforum is your best bet. Has members in northern alberta from as far north...
With tires, Argos are not that god since a quad with a good set of tires will go further. Haven't seen a quad or sxs on tires that will outdo a tracked one yet. There are 5 Argos within our group ranging from 2005 to 2013. Not a huge fan due to their lacklustre build quality, price...
I have no problem with your ranger, but for traveling long distances in the bush, id be looking for an argo. I can't think of too many trails that are gravel.
Sxs don't require the work/movement an atv needs. But on the other hand, I think riding an atv is more enjoyable and fulfilling. I...
This is what irritates me:
people who don't signal at all or start when they're 3 feet from the corner
people that ride your ass and then pass only to go the exact same speed
jaywalkers or people who just walk out into the crosswalk without looking. especially bad with younger people
people...
Very happy with our crops in ne sask. Just small pockets of good crops across the province with a bunch of average to below average. Hasn't been very warm with high temps in the low 20's. Rain adequate, small percentage spraying for midge, worms, etc. With the low commodity prices, Im glad...
2013 RMK 600 - Regina Snowmobiles For Sale - Kijiji Regina Canada.
Dont forget lady driven.
2005 ford f150 - Saskatchewan Snowmobiles For Sale - Kijiji Saskatchewan Canada.
its going to be a long drive anywhere especially 5 minutes at a time.
You can list it higher than that in sask. list it at $5500 obo and people will offer $5000. You walk away happy and they walk away thinking they got a great deal. 4000km isn't a whole lot and every $$$ you can pull from selling is less $$$ that you have to dig into your account for.
Re: "Mud-bogging on crown land in Alberta will become quite illegal in the near futur
Although i do agree with you, i also disagree. A plow-wind or 4" of rain can render trails impassable. But so can a quad rally or even a group of 6 bikes when its wet can severely damage a trail. We can't...
The best bet would be a small, but big enough cat like a d4 or 5. Another would be a box type scraper pulled behind a 125hp fwa. Biggest problem isn't the ruts themselves, it's getting to them without burying the equipment.
Bought a 445 with 54" deck last year. Have 2 ride one with 54"s and the zero turn will almost outdo the two units. It is nice having more weight on the drive wheels for doing ditches or hills, but you may scare the chit out of yourself as sometimes when turning on a steep grade will side slip...
From what I was reading on Ski-Doo's website, there is no mileage limit. I am more concerned if there is a limit on how much they will put into a sled. A good friend purchased a 600 rmk with a 4 year extended warranty. In 2 years, it went through 4 engines and because they put more $$$ into...
So Ski-Doo is offering a 4 year, bumper to bumper warranty if you snowcheck a new summit or freeride. Anybody know the fine print to this? Do you have to take it in and get it serviced every year to keep it valid? Is the warranty "up" if they put more money into the sled than what its worth...
Really? Sounds to me like a car salesman or power sports salesman. Not dissing the guy, but find it salesman like when talking about saving $90 on a can, etc.
