I sold alot of spacer kits to float the secondary on Summit 1000's (to reduce belt dust), in fact alot of my testing was done with a Summit 1000/151 and it had 3500 trouble free miles (replaced the cable actuators once), heavy sled with big power.
I prefer Martin, when you drop your sled off it goes inside and downstairs, not like some others where its outside with the cows in the pasture or among a bunch of quads and snowblowers and getting run into
you can doo the water trick with a puller too, same kinda thing, and you should be able to go to Martin's east just north of whitemud east of 50th street, closer to you in sherwood park to get a puller.
water trick is the best way to go. You will end up breaking the puller in the crank end. Tip sled on its side and fill clutch hole with water, tape the clutch bolt with 20 wraps of teflon pipe sealing tape. Very gently insert past rubber dampner and screw into clutch. It should tighten up right...
If you get $3500, better take it and run. Anyone who knows BRP engines knows a rebuild or major engine work is right around the corner. Especially when the buyer does not know the sled.
