After hearing about the plug issue I paid attention to mine. Never did pull the plugs out from new. Starts first pull every time and idles fine. About 350 kms on sled now.

Can't help but notice how the Doo threads always attracts the most attention from the snow and mudders. All the haters can't stay away...secretly they want to know what Doo is up too....again Lol

To me...other then the design failure of moving parts interfering with each other causing issues, the casting just looks like piss poor quality compared to the Pdrive on the Doo.
