New Adaptive Management Strategies for Mountain Caribou in BC

That is a frustration that we share my friend. While I'm incredibly thankful to gain access/preserve access to our lands, it boggles my mind that we're the only user group they're focusing on "managing" with such a heavy hand. Onwards and upwards. I'm really stoked to work with the staff in...

    Parking Lot Fails

We had a tilt deck trailer, and I was loading up my sled, the kids were watching their bad arse momma bear through the window in awe. Well, I hit a patch of ice, gunned my throttle, and launched over the deck into the truck box... good times hahaha.. Momma went from hero to zero in 10 seconds flat.

    Snowmo-Camping

Do any of you utilize an RV, heated trailer, or wall tent for sled-ventures? I'd be interested to see your set ups, and hear your story. I'm hoping this year we can walltent camp at one of our mountain lakes, so we can get a couple good days of riding in, and some ice fishing. Thank you!

This is just so awesome!!!!!! What I'm going to try to do is to create a list in our sled destinations for family stuff to do for non riders! (for those who would like family to come along). You guys rock! Thank you! I don't have much experience travelling so this is a huge help!

How many bring non riding family members with them on trips?

See, you guys so open my mind up. I have articles I'm writing for a few tourism clients in Canada and the US. The option to only ride one or a couple of the days I never even thought about. To offer family friendly kid activities would be a bonus! If I didn't ride, a spa setting would be...

How is a socialist existence a good thing?!!

I sent my son "over a barrel" video today, as I was explaining the foreign funding into activist groups, and he seriously didn't believe me. He's an incredibly smart kid, and someone I feel will be a great leader one day. I really enjoy discussing politics with him even if we disagree on some...

no Cat booth at Edm sled show ??

Cat must be doing some major restructuring, or else they are biting the hand that feeds them in my opinion. To drop support of organized snowmobiling in BC, but for a few individual stand up Cat dealers was pretty disappointing. Especially in times like these with so many impending closures...

The Power of One.. BCSF article

Tis ok Mr Cat. I'm not giving up just yet lol. I feel that we really are gaining momentum. People are now starting to get the importance of organized efforts, and how we can support our sport on many levels. Just one, one effort at a time. One step forward at a time.

Looking for advise 15-16 skidoo summit or Polaris AXYS

I absolutely adored the shift of technology when I first experienced the Axys platform back in 2016. Everything was easier and I really did up my game. I can't ride a doo to save my life, as the whole steering post thing, and geometry of the snowmobile is something I just haven't been able to...

    2019 Hunting Harvest Pictures

Our elk season was a bust. Just kept running into or out by Grizzly Bears and wolves. Pretty sad around here. Maybe we'll get a moose but it is slim pickins for moose around here too. We may have to settle for a whitetail or Muley, but really our staple is either Elk or Moose in our house...
