Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere. I had to clutch start a sled all day a week ago and just cleaned up all connections the next day and it worked fine.
If the temp sensor on exhaust fails and thinks it is cold it will over fuel. I almost had a sled burn down when the sensor on the suitcase fell out and was puking raw fuel into it then catch on fire.
Only problem I had with my turbo was plugged fuel pump screen and filter. I don't know why skidoo doesn't have a fuel pressure senor on them that would throw a code when the PSI drops below a certain #. In deep snow on older sleds I have had bogging when turning right due to heavy snow plugging...
A level 1 charger comes with the vehicles and I bought a level 2 for 450 bucks and can install it myself. Out in BC were hydro is cheap it cost way less to run a EV.
