Lots of guys/gals learning and doing rentries can be a problem. I always wear my tether on my wrist so I have a much better chance of pulling it off than if clip to clothing. The new turbo have enough power to go over backwards vs NA sleds. and you need to learn throttle control.

If I had an emergency I would just call the local heli company and pay out of pocket. SAR takes at least an hour to respond and it could be dark by then. Always have the local heli co phone # or text only device there cell #
When it is this cold out any injury can be pretty serious. It is always something I take into consideration when I go out. I would never do a big ride when it is this cold...
The manufactures keep pushing you to buy more and more and if you don't have a 10 million dollar shop they will cut you off. Must be tough to be a dealer these days.
