He Means The Viper Full of Fuel will weigh very close to 600lbs. I bet that MPI kit is very close to 40lbs. Thats where the 640 comes from. I put a turbo on my XM last year it it gained 34lbs but it was fun! :)

Yep! BRP update. The original ones attached to the side panel that push into white plastic ring by the fuel tank. They also replace the white ring with a updated style! Call your dealer. They should get you sorted!

Hey Scott. 8lbs of boost 230ish 10- 250ish 12- 270ish. You will be fine without an intercooler at 12 pounds. Problem with turbo intercooler is you loose your headlight on the pro. I can't say enough how great this kit runs.
