Thanks to Marshall, Curtis and Frozenpirate for a excellent AST1 weekend! If you haven’t got it, take it!! Small price to pay for the knowledge you gain! And rode Allen back into Premier where we hadn’t been for 15yrs so that was a bonus! Trails were good, good snow wasn’t hard to find.
In Vale for a weekend of riding and AST 1 with Frozenpirate!! Up Allen, trail good, only 60-70 riders. Socked in and cloudy like driving in fog!! We were in 8-12 inches of fresh!
Just bought the 509 Ignites in Yellow trying them this weekend and already have Oakley’s in Prism Rose and they’re excellent. Know people with Aboms and they love them!
Just talked to Hotrod and Belle trail groomed Wednesday evening with Lucielle and Renshaw done last night Thursday!! All hills with fresh powder of 24-36 inches from the recent storms and weather showing more on the way! The Christmas crowd has subsided and riders are low around town lately so...
Just talked to Hotrod and this latest snow from the last day or so has brought in around 12 inches of new! And forecasting more so the upcoming weekend could be another stellar one! And of course all trails are groomed!!
Wow what a difference a hill makes!! The Renshaw gives up the goods again!! The snow was great! We couldn’t quite catch the sun but visibility was good till early afternoon!! The trail held up fairly well with 356 riders but we made sure to get on at 8:30am.
Heading to McBride and at Moose Lake across the railroad bridge west on the corner about 15 cars on their sides and tracks like spaghetti! Lots of equipment
Mobilizing. Cars full of fertilizer.
Just talked to Hotrod and He groomed Renshaw last night. Said he had a hard time pulling up the chute with the amount of snow he was pushing. About 18-20 inches had fallen from weekend to last night.
The sled backshifts good. Using an Slp 120/320 primary with glidewashers and stock secondary spring with 2 Delrins and stock helix. The base weight is 59.7 gram and I added weight to the mid and tip total of 74grams. Also running A set of Pro Gears.
