I will say that we wouldn’t go there without good avy conditions because yes it’s high exposure in valley bottom but everything had already slid so there was nothing overhead to come down.

It was 1 clutch failure, 1 primary bolt failure (old bolt not updated one) and 1 boost blew up with 1400 miles or so.

Hard to say, but the way the bolt snapped, I’d say it could have possibly been over torqued. It snapped off right behind the bolt head so it didn’t fall off. It would have either been bolt failure from over torque or clutch grenaded and bolt snapped. No way to know which happened first and if I...
I can confirm Polaris has taken care of my 2 clutches so far without question. That being said, not sure if the second one was a clutch failure leading to boot failure, or a bolt failure leading to clutch failure.

So this is interesting... My sled use to say a ship date between Dec 24th to Jan 7th. It has now changes saying ship date TBD. Thinking this is directly associated to the recall for the breaks. That or else maybe it is going to ship earlier??? This waiting game with no info is not fun. Let alone...
My thought is that the reason the 91 came out with small amounts of ethanol is that the 91 is a combination of 87 and 93 being mixed at the pump. My math would tell me 2/3 93 and 1/3 87 will give you 91. So perhaps the 93 has no ethanol and the 87 has 8-10%. That would make sense to have come...
This is all very confusing...

There have been people up at boulder the last few days... just look at the yamacam. 2 days ago it was blanketed with snow and no tracks. A number of sled tracks now.
Hey Johnny - What is the outcome of the new fuel pump? Was it an aftermarket one? Did you install the spring in the fuel sock? Has the issue gone away?
Funny your fuel pump seemed to last the same as mine. Got my first low fuel pressure code at 1200 miles last week. At the dealer now for some warranty work, and I am expecting them to tell me that the fuel pump is back ordered until the end of April. Did you do the spring in fuel sock trick yet...
