Federal offense not to have em!
When I worked at a place that sold boats they could have em issued via fax in a few buisness days. Not too sure if thats something just anyone can do or a special thing for dealers. The mailed out official form always took a month or more to get to the customer...
I was reading about that race, geeez there is like no water compared to when Ive been. First year we ran that it started at about 15000 CFS and was like 24000 by the end of the weekend. I heard it was only like 5500 on the fri before the race  Would have been alot more rocks to watch out...
yup still ice, looks pretty thin tho so I'd say a week at most left.
River was damn skinny, the worst ive seen it even tho my usual guage at the bridge looked not bad. I guess the river can be low while the resevoir is maintained higher. Made it to what we call "wall street" but we tagged ALOT...
Yea its a 2 stroke , just have to drain the lower portion of the motor, which normally happens automatically on a Sportjet but the setup in the 17 is a bit differnent, just one valve to open at night. Ive camped and woken up to find the boat surrounded by a layer of ice, motor was still fine tho...
Pretty sure you can wreck anything if you try hard enough haha
I just may take ya up on that swap, PM your contact info
Depends on the size and year of boat. Alloy jets hold their value like crazy because generally they do last a long time. Marine grade aluminum is basically unaffected by...
Honestly it just becomes "normal" to us after a while. Its still a rush but ive forgotten what "normal" lake boating is to be honest. Thats why I love taking out newbies cause I remember some of my first extreme jet boat rdes and whats its like to learn what a boat can really do in 4" of water...
Whereabouts r you Oler? We ran the Upper Rred last year all the way to Mountainire lodge. If you have a 17 and you havent run that yet you HAVE to. One of the best days of jetboating yet. Lots of rapids and not too much in terms of dull stretches. Sure the Upper , down from sundre is fun too...
took the jet down the Bow south of Calgary 3 weekends ago. Was actually skinny enough to be half interesting lol
Wanna get out again this weekend but not sure how deep the river is west of the city? Anyone been out by Morley or Seebe in the past week or so? Those stretches would be great when...
I simply have way too much good footage from last year but this clip is a bit unique in that its very continuous and I'm paying close attention and not looking all over the place(I wonder why!) It made for a simple edit, once I found a tune I liked.
We tagged a fair bit but honestly less than...
Just spoke to James at Bass Pro/Tracker over the weekend, they just got some in for $14111 !!
Going to have a look at them this week, he said they wouldnt last and are very hard to get a hold of, they have been trying for a while.
Worked for Eagle for 2.5 years ;)
We ran the Bow upstream from Ghost Lake again yesterday, talk about uphill! There is one rapid there which probably climbs about 25 feet in 100 yards or so, rafters class it a IV, the guy and his son I took up were rather "impressed" to say the least. I bet...
Can't believe there arent more alloy jets around with the way alot of guys on here are into offroading! jetski's etc on the river dont even come close.
